Finalized Website and Test Case Updates

Thank you for your interest in the high order workshop. I wanted to inform you of a few updates. The how5.cenaero.be website is finalized. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or corrections.

For anyone working on meshes for the meshing challenging cases, we would appreciate if you could get in touch with the corresponding test leaders as soon as possible. We need to post meshes to the website as soon as possible for people to try using them.

We also have the following updates:

CI1 - Inviscid Bow Shock: Added clarification for normalizing results

CS1 - Tandem Spheres at Re=3900: Changed verification case to Taylor Green Vortex. Added all hex grids.
