gmsh files and MC1 update

Edwin van der Weide and Koen Hillewaert have graciously assisted with converting the CGNS grid files provided by Steve Karman from pointwise to the gmsh file format. Thus, gmsh files are now available for the CR1, CS1, and MC1 test cases.

We have also received a revised geometry of the High-Lift Common Research Model for the MC1 meshing challenge from Bill Jones at NASA. In the process, Steve Karman has also provided some revised meshes for this geometry. Please download the latest files from https://how5.cenaero.be/content/mc1-high-lift-common-research-model if you are interested in running this case or generating meshes.
